Also, when I picked it up my heat wasn't working and they took it right back in when that wasn't even there issue, it needed antifreeze and they filled it up for me and didn't charge me anything. “Our daughter’s steering rack went out on her car, and while we were able to get it towed home, we quickly realized the repair was more than we could handle. We bought the part, and a friend tried to help, but he wasn’t able to get the cradle off to remove the steering rack. To make things more stressful, every shop we called was booked weeks out — and with the car undriveable and my husband recovering from a broken leg and surgery the day before Thanksgiving, we were in a bind.
Eagle Auto Milan LLC was the only place where someone picked up the phone and truly listened. The gentleman my husband spoke with was incredibly kind and said he’d do his best to help us since my husband is temporarily not working due to recovery from surgery. They picked up the car on Monday evening, completed the repair quickly for a very reasonable price, and then delivered the car back to us because my husband couldn’t drive. They even brought the keys right to our door.
In a stressful time, their honesty, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond meant everything. We will definitely be returning customers and highly recommend Eagle Auto Milan LLC to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy auto repair shop.”

“I have not had a reliable place to take a car for years. Finally found Kens auto and tire and I am so glad I did! Excellent service and fair pricing. I have not had any reservations from the work they have done. They know their cars and can quickly and accurately diagnose the issues.
Ken is a great guy that really cares about customers. Goes the extra mile to help you. I wanted some tires and he quoted me a price. When I went to pick up the car he told me they didn't have the tires he quoted for so he had to get the upgraded ones (more expensive but not sure they are really an upgrade) and he told me there was no upcharge. That is real customer care!
