Payton Billingsley saved our internet! Someone else came out and set up our whole home and that person didn’t know what they were doing and Payton came out and fixed us, even came back in from his truck when I had a question. He deserves the recognition!!

I've been with Great plains communications for several years. Their internet service is absolutely horrible. Especially here lately it's taking a full minute to load Youtube's website. We pay $80 month and I would highly suggest going through someone else for internet. We pay for 200mb upload and download. I can't even watch a video in 1080p without it buffering several times. My phone's 5g works better and I pay $40 a month for that.

Brett S is a fantastic technician. He is an asset to Great Plains Communications & needs to be commended & recognized for his great customer service skills. He was prompt, timely, & explained everything he was doing in real time. He ensured all devices were up & running with no issues prior to his departure. He was also respectful of the property. I would specifically ask for him in the future if I need a technician out at my property.
