Yet again no internet at all....This company has been taking advantage of families for years ..we've had their services for years and continues to get worse. What I would give to speak to an owner or actual decision maker.Use a different company...horrible, horrible people

I am a loyal customer. I have been with company for about 20 years or more. My bill is paid every month in full before it's even due. Now I'm sitting her with no TV, my internet won't come in and my phone won't let people call me half of the time. My cable has been off all weekend and going into the middle of the next week. And no one has even called me to set up an appointment to even see what is wrong with it. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer?

Terrible customer service. ETC was great. Great Plains is terrible. But the product is even worse than the customer service. The speed of my internet is a joke. Multiple devices=not possible. I have to let my shows load and buffer like it’s 2005 again in order to watch without lag. My wife works from home and has to use her hotspot on her phone to get decent speed instead of the Wi-Fi.
