I've been taking my vehicles to Jeff for a decade now. Never had any issues. In fact, people here complaining about customer service?
I've literally had my car dropped off in my driveway after work. Obviously I'm known there and on the good Samaritan system, but I just went back and paid the next day.

One of our trucks died near their shop, our foreman called them if they could jump start our truck. They were kind enough to send one of their employee’s walking to where we were right away. Did not charge us anything for that service, we tip the guy that came out in the cold and help us start up our truck. Thanks for the help!

If you need your vehicle, don't take it here. Appointments and promised times mean nothing to these men. Horrible customer service and attitude.

Got a flat tire while traveling to MI, and googled the nearest Auto Shop, Sunman’s auto came up, the people were very friendly and fixed my tire in no time! When I asked to pay, the owner stated that they did one good deed a day and I was it? that meant so much, thank you!

My girlfriend's car got towed here, it had an engine code that put the car into limp home mode. They had the car for a day, didn't call when they said they would, and then said the car had to go to a dealer and that we could pick up the car. When we got there to pick up the car, the engine code was not present - we called and confirmed they cleared the code.Luckily we took a picture of the code and can take that to the dealer, but sure would be nice if the code was still on the car so the dealer could read it directly...........Will never have a car towed here again. I'm sure they're great for oil changes, tires, etc, but this situation is a little frustrating considering the specific code was a potentially very costly code.

Excellent service. Didn't try to scam me into fixing things that weren't broke. Asked to fix the problem before fixing it. Definitely recommend and I am definitely going to be a repeat costumer when I have vehicle issues.

Prices on tires are cheaper than any other place I've been. Won't go anywhere else to purchase tires or get or vehicles fixed.
