Constantly messing up.. I always get delayed deliveries by 1/2/3 days and that's not even with weather issues cause that causes even more additional days of delays. When I call their customer service number to see why they missed the real delivery date, they tell me that a delivery was attempted but that is a complete lie. I am home all day, I have no video footage of anyone coming from FedEx and they have the reason delivery attempted as the reason why I can never get my package on time. They are supposed to be open on Sunday according to the customer service number but everything online says they are closed today so not sure what is correct. This station needs to be reported on for their inconsistencies and misleading information.

Fed ex ground is useless. I live in an apartment and last Saturday was the last straw. I was expecting a delivery from Hungry Root and expecting it to be delivered to my doorstep but The Fed Ex driver had different ideas and decided he didn't want to bring it up to my 3 rd floor apartment. So he left my delivery of perishable food on the doorstep of some place I did not recognize in the photo of proof of delivery . I filed a report with FedEx and after three days they said my package was delivered and if I still did not have it to contact the sender. This is bull and this is the 4 th time this has happened to me where I have had to go and find my delivery. It usually happens on weekend deliveries. I do live in a gated community but the manager told me Fed Ex has the code to open the gate. So it comes down to the driver not wanting to complete his job. Needless to say I have cancelled my subscription to Hungry Root as I can not be sure Fed Ex will deliver, I also stopped ordering online from Costco due to the same experience. Before anyone gets on my case, I am undergoing chemo and radiation and therefore am reliant on delivery services. But now will pay some one to do my shopping and deliver it to my door.Shame on you Fed Ex. UPS and Amazon deliver to the front door and from now on I will not order anything that uses Fed Ex as it's delivery service.

Our package was lost and never delivered. It is impossible to speak with a live person that is an actual employee and not a call center overseas.

I only put one star because 0 STARS IS NOT ALLOWED. Horrible service. They re routed my packages to a FedEx location claiming they don't deliver to my apartment complex, when I have received packages from them before and I see the FedEx truck there every day. They LOST a big package as well and now they are not taking accountability. This location needs to figure out what's wrong and FIX IT. I never received a call back from the "case manager" to let me know they had lost the package. I've had to call 17 times to FedEx to figure out what is going on. HORRIBLE INACEPTABLE service!

Kept saying "delivery attempt" BS!!!!! I missed work and waited around all day refreshing my email inbox. And once it said "delivery attempt failed for the 3rd day in a from i tan outside- no Fedex truck in sight....

Ive gotten the run around from FedEx since Monday I keep getting updates on the side saying "out for delivery" "it was dropped off" and "couldn't be delivered" for all the packages and then yesterday found out that one was lost at the FedEx center. One of my packages has medical supplies for my son that now it's turned into an emergency because it's been days without his supplies. Please NEVER use FedEx they have horrible customer service. I've spoken to a number of representatives and supervisor and they don't update the profile so no one knows who I've spoken to already and they all seem to be on different pages. Use USP or USPS if you can.

Had an issue since it was my first time sending stuff to Mexico. The Mexican government (mailing people) wants the tags to be on the things and since it was a gift I was trying to send without them. The first costumer service person was a little bit rude; I had to go back to find the tags and the second person who a senior person was incredibly nice and save my day. Is important to show empathy when a person works at a counter.

I send a package FEDEX which runs to this station and it was either left off the delivery to make room for other packages or the station decided not to do deliveries on Christmas eve. It was all set to be delivered on 12/24/2021, even said on Truck for Delivery and now its is delayed. Thanks for ruining my Christmas. I'll never use FEDEX again.

Very helpful people there. Now, I wouldn't go out of my way to go there but if I had to this location is helpful. They are short staffed in the delivery room but if you go they can find it here.

The FedEx employees I have spoken to over the past few days have one amazingly common attribute. They have an adept ability to come up with a lie expeditiously! Amazing! Waiting at home for 2 days, I simply needed a package pick up. I called customer service and was told everything from because it was a residential pick up I had to give the driver until 8 pm to "I will call the dispatcher for you" only to be transferred to a rude lady trying to sell me a product. I called again at the end of the 2nd day, was transferred to the dispatcher directly with no introduction. I advised him that I was lied to 7 different times. Well, he decided to add more lies to the pile. First, he said the apartment number was missing, though I confirmed it with each call. Next lie, "it was only in the notes on the delivery ticket." He proceeded to narrate the 'no one wants to work and good help is hard to find' comedy/tragedy. When I responded in silence, he said a driver tried to pick up package at 3 pm. Well, surprise, surprise, video footage showed a UPS driver delivering in the area at that time...FedEx nowhere in sight. I mentioned this to the liar and he said, "Oh, you know all the games!" Really?! Why should this be a game? Just do your jobs with integrity for the sake of all humanity!!!!!!

They didn't help me to get my package even though I drove till here to get it. I have been waiting to get my package for a week and it kept saying it's going to come the next day, I couldn't wait anymore since we are a business (can't leave customers waiting) so I came to the facility that customer service told me my package is. They said it was on the truck and can do nothing you loading it, plus it was not going to be delivered not even today as the tracking said, maybe tomorrow and they would call me whenever it is in the truck, which doesn't help me at all. The lady kept saying she couldn't do anymore and that she would call me. LADY: that doesn't help! bad customer service on the phone giving wrong information, made me drive all the way from my house and they couldn't even do anything. Frustrating situation with FedEx

I ordered 4 new tires from a tire store in Austin. Fedex ONLY put 3 tires on truck that were delivered. The worker didn't feel like loading 4th tire and left it at terminal. Fedex workers are lazy! How hard is it to load 4 tires that you have? Driver's comment: 4th tire is still at terminal and hopefully they load it in am to be delivered! I've stopped using Fedex! I only order things that are shipped by UPS, DHL, USPS, AMAZON.

FedEX Corporate Support and Services are FANTASTIC! This particular area needs a new DM or how ever they set up their areas/regions. I have NEVER had issues in the various other stats I have lived over the past decade....Texas businesses just seem to have some serious problems with educating and incentivizing local personnel in my opinion. FedEx CARE MORE about your employees from top to bottom and we will have better service/delivery all around. This area is just booming and they probably cannot keep up with the workload; we all KNOW it. I am trying to have as much compassion for this situation. FedEx MUST help them get better here.

Dear FedEx, Your delivery services & personnel are immeasurably inept, incompetent, irresponsible, unaccountable & dishonest. You have subpar customer service and issue/complaint resolution measures. You have cost me money and more importantly, taken my irreplaceable time and have yet to even acknowledge your lack & deficiency. As the business entity, the burden of responsibility falls on you to expediently reconcile such grievances. Since you haven't and by the tone & candor of your customer support team, you won't, I will continue to express my growing contention & disdain for your organization on every possible outlet & outlet.

FedEx would not deliver to my address and sent my package back to the seller, drivers getting lazy not wanting to deliver these packages, see it everyday in my complex, driver doesn't look for the units he'll leave packages at the office and let you go get them when the office calls you a week later saying your packages are at the office!!! Thanks fedex for the poor delivery
