Doug the Stihl mechanic is the worst technician you could ever have repair or service your equipment do not go to this store. He is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers with his attitude, yelling at them and talking about them behind their back to other employees so that other customers can hear him.

Nice clean store with a very helpful staff. This store has a lot of lake decor for a hardware store.

Always good experience here, although maybe make sure cashiers are more informed about things, for instance, when sale ends. She told me it was in the ad. I said well if i had the ad i wouldnt of had to ask you. Also one of your sales associates is awful grumpy and grouchy, unless of course he is helping a pretty lady, then he bends over backwards to be kind and smiley and helpful to them.
