They were supposed to take my payments out of my bank account on the 5th of every month. They took it out sooner and now I've got 5 bounced checks. Also mice and squirrels got in unit and rain so I had mold. Will never rent from them again

Terrible experience. We stored our brand new Travel Trailer there for two weeks before it was broke into. They allowed us to sign up knowing their gate was broke and not operational and lied to us telling us it would be closed every day after 4:30pm. The gate is STILL not working 7 weeks after the police report was filed. Yes a police report was filed but we are still dealing insurance and having to pay out of pocket for all the contents that were stolen due to someone else’s negligence and poor business practices. Will never use them again and would highly suggest not doing business with them.

We keep a unit here and haven't had any trouble except for a couple times the gate has been inoperable but that's from other people messing it up, the owner is quick to fix it though
