We use them for service and storage. They communicate well and if things do not do exactly as planned (which happens with lakes, weather and boats) we always know why. They accommodate special needs.

I started taking our tritoon to Protech after a bad experience with another dealer. This will be the 3rd year with them servicing and storing our boat and I have been very happy. I have had no issues with the boat, no damage from handling it or storage, they do good work and communicate well. They even sourced a supplier for a new mooring cover for me at a reasonable price. We have been very happy with the service and care our boat has gotten and will recommend them to anyone.
