God forbid you try to call regarding a package delivery issue. Can’t speak to anyone directly without waiting 30-40mins on hold. Not to mention every time you come in for something, they’re always rude.

I suggest supporting a local branch in Goshen or Nappanee where the postal workers are happy to serve and treat people with kindness.

They are Returning Our Mail to the Sender's saying the letter's Have to be "CERTIFIED"!?!? And when I Call the Wait Is 30+ Minutes!!!? From April 15 to May 9/2024,Our Mail is still being placed in Other People's Mail Boxes. I have reported it over and over!!
