Worst customer service I have ever experienced; and that’s saying a lot. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the girl that “helped” me because I would definitely be reporting her. She was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life and worst customer service representative I’ve ever met in my life. She was so disrespectful that I literally left the store and just called customer support and had them help me instead even though I had to wait on hold. Never going there again and actually thinking of cancelling my service with them as well. I would rate them zero stars if I could.

No body wanted to talk to me and I had to wait to get someone on the phone. They never did come back so I hung up. I never did get to talk to anyone about my problem.
