Yeah a little rundown but what I don't understand why does the manual car wash that I use my debit card and charged me $10 one day and then I noticed a couple days later I got charged for $3

The 'new' wash set up IS impressive? yet it doesn't get dirt&grime off of either side? and my car wasn't that grimy from the start?

1st bay I was in...my card wouldn't work. Had to move to a different one. But it did clean my car well.
