Don't waste your time with the self-wash Bays very outdated doesn't perform as it should. You will leave with your money being taken by the machine. These things don't seem to be serviced at all I drove through three different ways to try and get a better experience and was informed by another customer that his didn't work very well either. I recommend Family Express in North Webster

Their vacuums barely have any suction and don't actually vacuum. Called to imform them and their mailbox was full. Wonder why!?

The car wash needs allot of repairs the building, machinery and grounds., the brushes are worn out, there is bird feces on the wall and next to the washer machine. there was hardly any soap in the water stream. The only good thing is the water was warm.

Went on Monday and paid the $12 wash. The soap barely came out. It skipped a step and the spot free rinse was plugged and non existent. I called immediately and left a voicemail. The message says they will call back promptly. This never happened and I have now left two messages and received no callback. This is terrible service and unacceptable. I will not be using this service anymore.

Second time in a month that my wife has taken her bronco sport to the automatic wash and it has failed to wash correctly first time water was barely come out this time did not rinse so we have to do at home not to happy at the moment

The 'new' wash set up IS impressive? yet it doesn't get dirt&grime off of either side? and my car wasn't that grimy from the start?

Pulled into use the south wash bay. Paid our money no issues UNTIL we pulled in, undercarriage wash stopped half way in, the wash cycle sucks it just barely got the left side of truck clean, the right side had streaks of soap, the spot free rinse didn't cover everything. Then the drier stopped blowing after 10 seconds.. we've called and left messages but NO response!! Will not be using it again!! This is the second time we've had issues.

1st bay I was in...my card wouldn't work. Had to move to a different one. But it did clean my car well.
