I have been doing my taxes here for over 20 years, every experience has been friendly and professional, I’ve recommended Jessica to many of my acquaintances looking for help with their taxes and they also continue to go to Juffys for their tax preparations, I had an experience with an IRS scammer a few years ago and called Jessica after hours where she informed me it was a scam and to hang up and gave me a brief review of how IRS conducts their buisness, and never complained that it was after hours, just calmly informed me and saved me not only from getting scammed, but reassured me that I need not be worried about anything, Thank you for your service Jessica❤️

My first time using Jiffy Tax, I was treated respectfully, given over view of what would be done, the return was quickly done, professionally presented, told where to sign, with envelope filled out ready to use with stamp.I'll recommend Jiffy Tax, and will return.Thank you very much.
