“I had a large grocery delivery set for last evening. The delivery service, not Walmart, failed to deliver my order and what's worse the driver lied and said I was not home when in fact he made no effort to deliver the groceries for me and two other customers. Walmart staff made multiple attempts on Monday evening and again this morning to resolve the issue. When nothing else worked, store manager Stephen delivered my groceries himself. Kudos to Stephen and the Walmart associates in the pickup delivery department for helping me. They all were patient and took the time to look up my order and figure out what went wrong so that we could fix it. I'm 81 years young and I appreciated their help.”

This small action makes me feel welcomed. On 2 different occasions, an employee stayed with and played with my dog so that I could run to the restroom.
