“We've been here almost 4 years and experienced a lot. We originally lived in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse, but eventually downsized to a 1-bedroom apartment. While the large townhouse was amazing, it was just too much space for our small family with some maintenance issues, though the team was always quick to help.

Samantha and her team were fantastic during a challenging time when we needed to move, we had to cover the broken contract and transfer fees but it was time. My logic understood they had a job to do. They still had empathy, patience and really supported us through the process, helping us split into two apartments.

I love my current 1-bedroom apartment. It's not the newest, 50 years old, but that provides the warm, cozy, draft-free environment that's just unmistakable. The complex offers a lot of fun amenities — from ice cream socials to Easter egg hunts, and my daughters caught their first fish here! We love the pool, (it provided a learning opportunity for my girls to swim), the renovated playground, and the basketball court that’s been recently painted with newer goals.

Of course, older apartments come with some issues, 5 stars to the maintenance team that's always is on it, coming back the next day to fix anything they missed.

It’s a small and peaceful community with a great elementary and middle school nearby on the growing south side of Terre Haute. While it might not be perfect for everyone, it’s been a wonderful fit for us.”

“Had a great experience living here other than some minor things. Very nice facility and they keep it really clean. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help you with any questions. But if you are a student and want to host friends at your apartment, get ready to receive noise complaints. The walls are thin.

Edit: If you also live on the third floor, you may have water leak issues when it rains. I had the lovely maintenance staff to my unit multiple times and the issue was never resolved. It wasn’t a huge deal since it was in a corner but still something to be aware of.”

“The Management at Northwinds is amazing. I have never had to wait to get questions answered or maintenance issues fixed. My utilities here are reasonable for a 2 bedroom apartment. The 2 bedroom is spacious and the layout is nice. The patio is great to sit outside and some areas are private. The only thing I feel is a negative is appliances need upgraded. I have noticed new appliances being delivered at times, so maybe there is a plan.”

“I actually had a pretty good experience at cobblestone during my short 6 months. The community was clean and well taken care of; I must've been lucky and didn't have any major maintenance issues and they responded quickly to fix the different things in my apartment. The thing I did not appreciate was how hard it was to get ahold of the leasing office. Calling them was impossible and I would be lucky if they responded to an email, so trying to get an apartment was a little frustrating with lack of communication but once I moved in, I had no problems at all. I would be one of the few to recommend this complex to live at :)”

“I've lived at Lange Apartments going on 7 years and I am very happy here. We have a community room with a pool table, a treadmill, DVDs and book's to borrow, a few snack and beverage vending machines, and if you want to give something away like clothes or maybe some can goods you don't want you can leave it on one of the many tables in there and someone will gratefully take it home with them. The residents are invited to several different celebrations throughout the year although sadly COVID has put a little bit of a damper on that but we have a courtyard equipped with table's and benches and a BBQ grill and even an outdoor air conditioner that we can use to have our building parties and also for us to use with family, other residents or just us.. only condition is to please clean up when you are done... Common sense Right? We have a basketball 1/2 court, and we really are family... We take care of each other and the Apt Mgr is so pleasant, always smiling and our Maintenance Man is on top of things and if you have a problem and need him... Boom he's right there right now! Even after hours! It's a secure building with security doors at every entrance and no doorbells.. visitors need to be let in by whomever they are trying to see.. so no surprise, uninvited, unwanted visitors sneaking up on you... Mailboxes are locked and we have a large dumpster just outside the main entrance and we get many pick-ups thru the week so it's usually empty and never stacked sky high like I have seen at other places. I could go on about how nice Lange Apartments are but Idk what else anyone might want to know but feel free to HMU if you have any questions... ✌️”

“Living at Arbors at Honey Creek has been a great experience. The people at the office are always very friendly and willing to help anyway they can. Anytime I have a issue they send someone out in a timely manner to fix whatever I need. My children enjoy the playground and playing with their friends around the complex. The grounds are clean and well kept.”

“One of the best companies to work for in the Wabash valley and one of the most influential too. They really care for the communities they get involved in and it shows.”
