Now granted I had to wait for a while to get in to get the work done but that was not an issue due to my car still being able to be driven. If I ever need work done again, this is where I will go! “I have used Mattingly Collision Center many times. Small paint touch-ups to Major repair due to people who don't pay attention... They do great work and their attention to detail is fantastic. This time I had them clear the drain lines on my Mustang. Rain was coming down the windshield and going into my floorboard. I asked them if it was something they could take care of and as usual, they quickly got my car in and fix the problem. The prices are always very reasonable, but when they told me the price was only $50 I couldn't believe it. Thank you again for another job well done.”

“I came in for a recall issue and the process was smooth. Unfortunately the recall part was an issue and I had to bring the car back. My second visit was also smooth. I called to report the issue and got right in on that day. While I waited the tech recognize my vehicle needed a wheel alignment and to the service clerk who checked me out (cannot remember her name but she was AMAZING). The tech did not want to "bother me" or ask if I wanted the service completed and the service clerk ignored his resistance and asked me anyway, which I greatly appreciated as I was going to get a wheel alignment but at another business. I agreed to the service, which was at a discounted price that day, cheaper than the place I was going to go and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. I thank the service clerk greatly for her work and making sure my car needs were met and exceeded. Again, I cannot remember her name but she had dark hair in a bun and her computer was in front of the office of the person who has "It's a boy" banner over their office. Thank you and I will be back for service!”

“We are from Vermont and were hunting in Terra Haute, the check engine light came on in our truck and it was going to go into Derate, we stopped by and told them our situation, they got us in the next day to diagnose the truck, they then overnighted the part and got us in the next morning and replaced the part, we were out of there by Noon, there were 4 of us that all needed to get back to Vermont for work and they made that possible even knowing they were not gaining a customer as we live over 1,000 miles away!! They offered to bring us wherever we needed to go, we even got to know some of the sales staff and they were also very nice to deal with! A special thanks to the service advisor Stephen (hope I spelled that correctly) as he went above and beyond to accommodate us, we would surely recommend anyone to go here as they are the real deal!!”
