My 5 star rating is not for the store but for the customer service representative that helped me on 3/17/25. I didn't get his name but he has been with Boost for some time. This man spent a good bit of his morning with me helping me with my phone issue. While I was there receiving his top notch expertise fixing my phone he multi tasked telephone calls, a constant stream of incoming customers and even processed a large delivery of inventory. He's friendly, funny, considerate and very knowledgeable! Attention Tonya! Boost Mobile store Manager GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! He's your ace in the hole. People ask for him for a reason! Thanks man you made my day! 👍

I like Boost mobile but this particular location is rather shady. They add additional charges that are not by Boost so be very careful what you are paying for at this location.
