Miss the old Burlington. Now it's basically a glorified Goodwill. Clothes are cheap made and don't fit right for me. The carpet is disgusting.

No wonder there are no customers in Burlington compare the ‘next door store’ because I notice few times the cash register not threat customers with respect.
They should know. If there’s big lines. Keep it simple talk and move on to the next customer. Don’t let the next customer waiting the chatty Kathy.
And don’t forget to say thank you or something nice to the customer after pay the bills.
The management really need to training them better. Or if the company will closing down soon that’s a different story

Dirty store, very empty shelves, very little product on the shelves. It's always like this. Not just because we just had Christmas. Only my 2nd time there. Very cheaply made merchandise.

Pretty good selection of items for everyone in the family even the fur babies !! The pet department could use some attention as there isn't a very big variety of things to choose from. But the things they do have are very reasonably priced an decent quality. Staff is friendly and professional. Store is clean an organized.

Has really gone down hill. Use to be the fo to place for baby clothes and items as well as purses. Very little options of anything now.
