I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision after a minor wreck. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Technician was also helpful. I received updates via text on the progress of the repairs. When it was completed it looked as good as it did when I bought it.

Got our 2025 kia carnival hybrid fixed here. Someone ran into our van. Highly recommend. Awesome experience with Kevin who worked on our van and Beth who was in front. They texted us all the way on what was happening at all stages. They even washed our van for us. Everyone here r awesome. If i could give them a 10, I would.

I’ve been to Caliber Collision all over the US and this location is by far the best I’ve been to. The staff is very. Is toner serviced based and they take pride in that! I received updates 2-3x a week in the status of my vehicle. I used my insurance for the repairs but the invoice also showed a pretty competitive rate if I would have paid out of pocket. Will return if I ever need their services again!

Caliber Collison was amazing. From start to finish. I received consistent communication every few days on where they were in the process of the repair. Their lobby area was clean and receptionist was friendly. I received excellent service. My boyfriend was impressed with the work done and timeliness as well and the we’ve both said we would be going back given any additional accidents.
