“My car had a broken right side ball joint on way home from Walmart and called to get a tow from where I was located to the auto repair shop. Dispatcher got the location of where car was & drop off location. But the tow truck driver was extremely nice & know what he was doing from start to finish. There needs to be more pylons this tow truck operator”
