“Dan was helpful from the initial call for an appointment. We had used the online tool to visualize the new flooring. Dan was nice enough to being in samples of what we selected online and some other options. While we chose to go with a different product, my family could not be happier. Billy did an amazing job with the installation. Not only did he keep in contact the entire time with photos and updates, he followed up to ensure we were happy. When it's time to update the remaining flooring in our home, we will be calling Smiddy's.”

“When ordering our floor we were told if there was extra we could return it with a restocking fee. Was very disappointed when the owner didn't want us to return it. But then we received a check in the mail for the extra box. Love the floor and other then the return conflict we are very satisfied. Margy”
