Worst store ever ... alcohol being sold is 59% higher cost then the liquor store across the street and cigarettes are even 70% higher then the liquor store .... in the past year of going into the store even with my service dog I've had nothing but major issues here ... the company policies are intended to solely be out for themselfs with the high prices of things and how they operate.... well they lost a customer here for life now and I have posted on 7 different social media platforms with a total of 207,936 followers I'm 100% sure will choose to go else where from now on as well .... don't even deserve 1 star but can't give a zero star rating .... I Highly Recommend you get gas , snacks, and other items at another gas station and boycott all Casey's stores

Pizzas both were so underdone, the dough was still wet. Called to let them know, that something was wrong, not wanting money back or anything. Rep got nasty told me there was no way. I love Casey's but this prob be last time I use this one. I buy 5-10 pizzas a week from them but not again

I love Casey’s gas station. It’s typically one of the cleanest gas stations around but the last few months I have gone to different Casey’s gas stations throughout Terre Haute , Indiana. and they have been really disgusting. I don’t know what happened but it doesn’t seem like they care so I know that’s the Leese of people’s worries but when people are road tripping and coming through Terre Haute and they stop at Casey’s gas station they should probably experience what Casey’s gas station should be clean and comfortable not like what diseases can I get so I will keep coming to get Casey’s gas station because I love the food. I love the people, but it’s kind of disgusting when you walk in and the hand dryer has hair and it looks like it’s growing mold that’s not good so yes they do have a paper towel dryer but when you see a hand dryer right there you automatically think it’s gonna be better but apparently it’s not

Every time I order from this Casey’s they always mess up the pizza. Today they gave me a small pizza on DoorDash when I ordered a large and a breakfast pizza instead of a regular. A couple other times they have given my cheese pizzas to me always sticking to the box or the cheese is somehow burnt in the middle or it’s clinging to the side of the box. One time I reordered a pizza because there was more sauce then cheese and they refused to give it to the dasher because they said someone came to pick up that order when it was an order I reordered myself. Do not go here because they are always careless with the pizza and today was kinda just like my last straw lol.

RIP OFF ALERT: Pump 12 is so insanely slow that I've been waiting here for over an hour just to buy 18.8 gallons of gas. I timed it since I was sitting around for so long, it took 3 minutes to pump one gallon of gas. Here's the thing, my tank only holds 18.5 gallons and I did not come here anywhere near empty so how exactly is this pump accurate if it states that it pumped 18.8 gallons in a tank it was nowhere near being able to accommodate that much gas?

Shannon was an exceptional employee. His customer service was top-notch, and he assisted me in a polite and professional manner. Shannon was a really good worker. He provided excellent customer service. He took care of me. When I went to buy my pizza, he greeted me and gave me the greatest assistance he could. He always welcomes me with the most positive attitude when I walk in here. He deserves to get a raise, in my opinion. When you go, be sure to ask for Shannon.

Came in just to get a Large sweet tea and large cherry coke. Cherry coke was out so I said something to the two workers behind the food counter and they blat ignored me. So decided to get Dr. Pepper. Immediately could tell it was not right either with no carbonation(tasted to make sure). So just moved on to the sweet tea, which ended up NOT sweet at all.

Just came here to say this is the worst Caseys I stop it. I travel all over during the work day and visit many of these, but I’m on my last straw with this one. I swear they only ever have one person behind the counter and they move at half the speed of snail. It’s painful. Do better.

I'm from Cincinnati come here for business trip. Pizza was good kinda small for medium but that's maybe how I ordered it overall no complaints will be back next month. As you can see I ate some before taking the pic

Ordered online. And had to find out who cooked. Blake did an amazing job on everything. Especially those breadsticks. Everyone should make them his way.!!! Sorry no pictures of them. They were ate first!!! And thanks to Chelsea Rivers for finding out who made them for me.!!!

Store needs to be shut down. Closed on a Tuesday morning at 4:45 am. Stood in line while 3 Employees talked and told customers to wait, on another day. Coffee machines broke constantly. Bathrooms always closed. Shelves are always empty of one item or more.
