We arrived about 45 minutes before closing but were never made to feel rushed. Our server was warm and friendly and repeatedly assured us there was no need to hurry. The food was hot and fresh.

Cody was our waiter and he was second to none. The place was poppin with people, yet he was calm, polite, and a pro, most servers are at least somewhat frazzled..thanks dude! The Catfish, Chicken, and Country Fried Steak that we ordered was excellent.Thank you Cracker Barrel, you coose your people well!!

It was a sweet, cozy atmosphere. Several affordable options on the menu. I'd call it comfort food. The wait staff was so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our visit!

We travel in our motorhome and the convenience of staying over night can't be beat. After traveling all day and stopping for a nice meal and being able to stay the nigh is great! Plus a few drinks for a nightcap and some snacks is a nice way to end the day.Parking: Parked in our RV for the night!

My husband and I went in for breakfast. I got the French Toast bake and it was delicious (well the four bites I took) but when I went to cut into a sausage patty I noticed something sitting on top. After further examination it appeared to be a bug as it had an antenna and legs.My husband examined it as well and we both agreed it appeared to be a bug! When I showed it to our substitute waitress ( the first one was sent home) she snatched the plate away without a word. We continued to sit there and then the manager came with a new plate for me. I gave her a funny look and she said “I was told you wanted a replacement”. I then told her the waitress never asked but just snatched the plate away! Sure wish I had taken a picture! I said I did not want the replacement and the manager proceeded to tell me that it was a smashed blueberry! Since when do blueberries grow antennas and legs! No keep in mind I’m a realist and realize that anytime you eat out you are taking a risk but for it to be on my plate and then for her to rudely tell me that I was wrong was totally disrespectful in my opinion! I’m very sad I won’t be eating there anytime soon!

Nothing bad to say. Food, service, and atmosphere as to be expected. Very busy due to the coming eclipse, but there was nothing wrong with my experience. Would visit again, and might do that on our return trip.

Worst experience. Everyone got their food before us. They arrived 20 min after us and still never received our food. Waited over a hour for our food for 3 people. Fries were cold. Burger has the wrong cheese. I would not recommend eating here.

This was not quite our usual Cracker Barrel experience. We did have a group of 9, so that may have been challenging, but it would not seem that it should be. Many food items were not available.... no chicken tenders, no broccoli. Our food came out erratically, and we had to ask about things several times....like syrup for the kids' pancakes. Some items were never 5 we had to ask for them to be removed from our bill. It seemed the server was very overwhelmed, so we hesitated to ask for anything else of him.One thing that makes it a bit more challenging to ensure all is present is the fact that every item is served in a "side dish". For example...on my country veggie plate, every item came out as a separate dish....if it's truly a "veggie plate," then put the baked potato, the green beans, and the broccoli (when you do have it ;) ) on the same plate. It would decrease the chance of missing items and would decrease labor and cleaning costs since you only have one dish to was instead of 4.....just a thought. As a guest, I would feel like this was more of a meal than receiving one small bowl, then getting another a few minutes later, with yet another after that....it felt a bit like the cafeteria line.Again, this is not consistent with our usual Cracker Barrel experiences. ?Kid-friendliness: Generally, a good kids optionWheelchair accessibility: A bit crowded in the store area with all the displays, but still possible to navigate. Dining room is more open making adaptive access much more feasible.
