Technology has begun to pass me by. With the help of Pam at CVS on Margaret Ave I was able to finish a project where I had to learn how to transfer pictures from my phone, forward to CVS by completing the steps on the phone after several attempts finally had success. Most importantly, Pam and her co-worker became my heroes. Thank you gals for helping me through the photo system. Bess Enright

Slowest pharmacy and service I have ever experienced. Every single time. There will be 4 people ahead of you and you will be waiting 45 minutes. I’d choose a different pharmacy. I wish I had.

Said pharmacy closes at 7pm on Fridays online and they had a hand written note that said they closed at 5pm when I got there.

It seems like every time you go in one or both of the self-checkout kiosh's do not work that is a pain why do you have them if people can't use them

I dislike CVS’s loyalty program. I had a 40% off offer as well as my monthly $10 credit. When I checked out, CVS took the $10 credit off the price of my purchase before applying the 40% off, resulting in a higher total. If I had been informed that this would happen, I would have taken the 40% off and used the $10 credit on another visit. Also, you can’t use a Health Benefit card at the self checkout, which is annoying. I was waiting to check out with a clerk, but another employee came up and wanted to assist me, so I agreed. But she walked over to the self checkout to make my transaction, then I couldn’t use my benefit card. It’s just annoying.

Pharmacy is always on top of things. I’ve never had a long wait, even when they’ve been noticeably busy. The pharmacist gives his attention to patients, and every technician I’ve interacted with has been so kind, helpful, and informative. Front store associates I’ve interacted with have went above and beyond. Specifically, the self-checkout was having a technical issue and the lady (whose name I didn’t catch) talked to my kiddos about their day at the park. Everyone at this location seems to be making to effort to provide exceptional customer service each and every time. Being a former lead-tech and knowing first hand what the company works to achieve, I can confidently say this location is doing it right!

Great location. It's easy to do some very quick, targeted shopping. Pharmacy on-site is convenient. Kill many birds with 2 stones at this place.

The reason I enjoy shopping at this CVS is because of Zack. Zack is the epitome of what customer service should be. He acknowledges every customer, offers assistance, and wishes us a good day. He makes my shopping experience a great one. I wish every business had a Zack.

Slow. Unorganized. Extra. They "lost" my insurance information (it's stored in a database, like what?). Then, when I updated it at the consultation counter and then scooted over to the pickup counter to finally get my meds (within maybe 2 minutes of each other), they claimed not to have it on file. Again. Upon me explaining what just happened, she seemed put-off that I would dare ask they run the meds against the insurance again. Because I checked the insurance site itself, cross referenced my meds with their site; I should be spending $0. Not $800.Eventually, with a few other annoyances I'll chalk up to them being busy, I was able to get my meds for what I expected to pay: $0. Be forewarned, they will try to pin it on insurance as the issue but I've been on this healthcare merry-go-round long enough to know that isn't the case in this instance.

The lady who answered the phone in the pharmacy literally told me they were too busy for the pharmacist to call and transfer a script for me and I should try someplace else. What??????
