i have to stop by early mornings sometimes to grab a quick yogurt for my sons school lunch when i run out…please open the self check out lane if you are not going to be at the checkout counter. i will not search the store for your employee. one of the ladies said the door is broken so they can’t hear when people come in. get it fixed, have more staff, open self check out, or get a bell at the counter to ring you. i don’t have time to wait 15 mins to be acknowledged for a $2 purchase and i will not search for you anymore

When I was there today there was an employee that said she was one of two people working there. She was overwhelmed. I came back later and the lady there said the First Lady quit and she was sent to another store… dollar general needs to do better this keeps happening. Last week at the same store two people walked out. I feel so bad for those employees they are obviously so overwhelmed and they are nothing to the company. Another store locally had a full store walkout because they were treated to poorly. Shame on this company.

Stop there every time I come to town. The staff have always been nice and helpful. Can always find what I need if not they are willing to help.

I Remember Visiting Here Once When Passing Through T.H. Headed To Starbucks In Indy.During My Visit Which Was Also My Last..It's Probably Already Known By The Local's Of T.H...That The Entire Staff That Work's Here Are Extremely Rude JackArse's.Item's That Are Displayed On Shelves Are Often Messed Up Due To Lazy Customer's That Has A Habit Of Looking At Stuff Without Putting Them Back Where They Belong If Deciding Not To Buy Them.Or When Stocking Item's On The Shelves By The Staff..They Don't Know Hòw To Stock Stuff Properly When It Come's Time For Them To Do The Stocking/Restocking Of Any Of The Shelves When The Shelves Needed To Be Stocked.It's Messy,Item's Are Alway's Outta Place Or Item's Placed On The Wrong Shelves. Basically Looking Like They Did A Half Arsed Job Of Stocking The Item's.Not Worth Visiting ?

Refuses to do their job and tells you to come back at a certain time when someone else will be there to return stuff. Also gets upset with returns and accuses of stealing, even with proper receipt. ?

The staff is really rude. They won't do returns and Ronnie at this location kept accusing me of lying about the condition of an item I was returning. She also made me grab a duplicate package, just to prove the same item was from the store. She also tested the charge of the heating pad I was returning because she thought I was talking about it not turning on. I was literally talking about it not heating up. I'm not returning until this place gets restaffed. The associates always walk around the store and seem angry when they have to ring you up.
