VERY RUDE STAFF!! The older lady who is the manager was nothing but extremely rude to me and her staff. She made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I can only imagine what her staff has to go through.

I asked to return items bought for my church VBS over a month with the receipt and was told they only exchange, I said that was fine. The cashier asked the mgr and she rudely said that she had already put the summer season items up the day before. (July 31). I asked if she could try to help me and she said that it was too late. She was not willing to try to help me at all. I knew this lady when she worked at Aldi and she was very rude there too.
I then called all the other Dollar Tree locations and they all said they would give a refund if I had a receipt. I went to one of the other locations and the lady was so kind and immediately gave me a full refund quickly without questions. That's the Location I will go too all the time!

This store is nice, clean and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good with plenty of parking.

I had to wait for the lady to finish texting someone on her cell phone before she began ringing up my items. After she finished texting, she pulled back up the movie she was watching while she worked. Is this how low the expectations for basic employee performance have become?

I Visit Here Alot When I'm In Town Visiting Some Friend's Or Whenever I'm Passing Through T.H. Occasionally.I Like This Store.This Dollar Tree ? ? That's Located On/Near Hwy 41 Is Without A Doubt One Of The Absolute BEST Store's In T.H.This Store Is Way Better Than Any Of The Dollar General Store's&Family Dollar Store's In This Town Combined.Just My Honest Opinion.No Offense To Anyone.I Have My Reason's.The Purchaseable Item's That Are Displayed On The Shelves Throughout The Entire Store& That's In Stock Are Extremely Moderated&Very Reasonable Priced.Very VERY Affordable Purchaseable Priced Item's.The Outside Appearance Of This Wonderful Store Might Appear Abit Small Sized To Some Folk's..But It's Not..As For The Inside Appearance Of This Store It Appear's To Be Very Decent&Very Large Sized In My Honest Opinion.Once Ya Walk Through The Door's You'll Notice That It Will Have Alot Of Huge Sized Amount's Of Spacious Area's For Customer Shopping ?A Huge Variety Of Different Selective Purchaseable Item's That Are Alway's Available To Anyone That Visit's Here On A Daily&Weekly Basis.If They Don't Have What Your Looking For On The Shelves, I'm Sure That They'd Have It In The Stock/Storage Backroom. If You Ask Them.Or If They Offer A Online Shopping App They Might Have The Item's That Your Searching For Available On That.I Can't Say For Sure If They Have A Online Shopping App Available Or Not. I'm Not Sure About That Offer. Because I Alway's Find What I Need At The Store.They Might,Because Most Of The Store's Have One.My Advice Is To Either Call The Store&Ask Them Or Ask A Staff During Your Visit's For That Availability For Those Whom Can't Find What They Came In For.So You'll Have That Info Of It's Availability&If They Actually Do Have A Online App You'll Be Able To Have That As A Backup Plan For A Option Incase They Don't Have Your Item's Available At The Store.I Don't Wanna Assume That They Have A App For Online Shopping When They Don't.I Don't Wanna Wanna Give Anyone False Info On That Type Of Availability.From My Knowledge I Know That Alot Of Store's In T.H. Often Have That Availability.I Dunno About Here Though.The Staff Here Are Awesome!Very Nice&Friendly.Their Professionalism Shine's Through Their Work.Very Hard Working Group Of Individual's That Alway's Do A Great Job Providing For Their Community As Well As Those Whom Are Like Me Traveling Through Town.The Entire Establishment Of This Place Is Alway's ALWAY'S Pro Cleaned By The Hand's Of Their Staff Crew.The Atmosphere Here Is Very Groovy At Time's Especially When Nice Folk's Are Alway's Shopping Here.The Parking Lot Area Has Decent&Fair Amount's Of Spacious Area's For Visitor's.A Affordable Priced Place With Beautiful Female Staff Member's Attached To It.???

Bad service. I used my debit card and it wouldn't let me get cash back. I told the clerk to refund my money so I could have the option again. She and the manager didn't seem to care. All they want is money
