Two times over a month apart I reserved vehicles at the Enterprise in Terre Haute on Wabash. Both times they sent me confirmations of both reservations. So I take time off my schedule and reserve a hotel room. Each time they called me the morning of my confirmed reservation and told me they didn't have any vehicles available. If you actually would like to get a vehicle and you take the time to reserve it I would 100% not recommend this enterprise as the service they provide is minimum if any!

Wouldn’t rent a vehicle for a family member to spend a belated Christmas with family in another state. Never had this issue at my local Enterprise. Must be because Terre Haute is a well know drug hub.

Never answers the phone. Didn't have the type of vehicle I requested. When I returned the vehicle I was never sent a receipt so I could reconcile expenditures. Do not bother with this site.

Well had an insurance reservation got here at 8a, and they tell me that I have to wait hour and a half to get there morning people done. And I put this reservation for a suv almost 3 weeks ago and I have to wait, someone just walked in and said I have an insurance reservation and she called Friday.

Can I give a zero star? This is the first time I’ve had trouble with Enterprise. I had a reservation, but when I got to the store at 10:30 AM, they said they didn’t have a vehicle for me. I had already had a friend drive me 30 miles to pick up this car, and then nothing! They told me I would have to wait until they could find a car for me. Mind you, they said I couldn’t wait in the waiting area. Luckily, I could stay at a friends house that day, so I waited until 5 o’clock to call and see if they had my reservation. They still had nothing, and I had to pay a friend $20 for gas to drive me the 30 miles home, and in the process had to miss the event that I was originally renting the car to go to. This was also a two day rental, so you think that they would at least try to find me a vehicle for the second day. I never heard a word from them. I will absolutely NEVER rent from them again unless it’s an absolute necessity. The people in the office were rude and I not in the least helpful.

I had a pleasant experience with getting my rental. They provided me with a good, clean car, clear and understandable instructions, and I had educated and eager employees helping me through the entire process.

Everyone was very helpful and went above what they say they do. They put me in one of the cars that I preferred. The only issue I had was when I scheduled my pick up time no one was there but as soon as I called they were there pretty quickly. They also gave me some great future information that I found extremely helpful about their car purchase program. Thank you everyone for all the help!

2nd year we rented from this particular Enterprise. We have had excellent customer service and great cars! They gave us a credit last year when I was concerned the the high beams were not working on the car the first year! This year we had a choice of 3 different vehicles, which was very nice! Highly recommend this location in Terre Haute, IN! ?

These people are so unprofessional. We have rented threw them for years. Probably 4 times a year. And we always keep the car for a month at a time. Never been late on payments or returns. But yesterday they pulled 208$ then another 478$ all in the same day saying the 200$ is a late fee. I wasn't late . My day was Wednesday I have my recipt I paid Wednesday. If you don't give someone permission to pull money thays called stealing. Get it together il be calling corporate in the morning

We called Monday to see if we could change our reservation to get the van we ordered earlier than 5pm we were told no because a van was a special order and they would have to wait for someone to return they would clean it before we could get it if it came they would call us so we waited no call and showed up around 430 thinking we would wait and fill out the paperwork and get it at 5. But when we got there we still didn't get the van that we ordered they said it was brought in damaged but someone else with the same last name as is also ordered a van at 5 and didn't get one so were there 2 damaged vans or was one of us not getting a van either way and we could have gotten the vehicle we ended up with earlier anyway. Honestly I'm just annoyed about the whole situation. I don't think it is the workers fault I blame the company as a whole. The workers were actually fine. That's why I have a 3 instead of lower.

Very terrible customer service manners! Do not put in a reservation here as it is not guaranteed you will even be able to get a rental from them!

I made a reservation to pick up a car from this location. The person at the counter was rude and unhelpful. He said they did not have a car and would not have one for me. After that there was no resolution to be found. I call the corporate number and the girl there tried to help but was not able a supervisor then got on the phone told me there was nothing they could do and then disconnected my call. I was left stranded at the location with no resolution and no one to even look to for help. All this after they approved my reservation. And the customer service said that my approved reservation did not guarantee me a car.

My car got rear ended and needed repaired, while being repaired Enterprise provided me with a rental, they delivered to the repair shop and were helpful, however the vehicle was not in their "promised complete clean pledge". The vehicle smelt like cat urine and I was unable to drive the 80 minutes there and back to return it for a different vehicle due to work, so I had to drive a car smelling of urine for three weeks. Also there was never anyone to answer the phone when I called.

Didn’t know it would be possible to make a phone reservation then once I showed up there wouldn’t be any vehicles available. They said to call the other location but once the other location answered the phone they said it was closed. The representative said to call the next day in the evening…The couple behind me had come from that other location and the same issue happened to them. Complete waste of time and plans.
