This shipping center is terrible. I had a package that was to be delivered costing nearly 500.00. I have delivery instructions on file describing my home due to this shipper always messes up delivery and sends to wrong homes. I got a text saying package was delivered. It wasn't here. Looked at my neighbors place and wasn't there either. The picture of the delivery shows it at some home that isn't mine. This package was 50 lbs and the picture shows it laying against someones car. Who does that? And the house in the backgroiund, nor the car are mine. Fedex says it was delivered. Amazon will not issue a refund due to Fedex saying the package was delivered. Shipper says I have to go thru Amazon to get the money back. Which they say they wont do. I am out almost 500.00 dollars due the this shippers incompetence. It is always the Terre Haute shipper that always messes my deliveries up. If coming from another location they are fine.

Fedex is the worst carrier in this area. They don't deliver on time. They deliver wherever they want. On top of that, they only have one number now for their customer service. However, it is not customer service because it does no more than track a package, which can be done online. If you need somebody alive to help, forget it. I think they are getting ready to go close their doors. I can not believe they treat customers this way if they aren't.

Was supposed to receive a package of a $800 item that required a signature. Waited all day and even left a sign on my front door. My house is marked and easily found on GPS. I received a delivery failed because no one was home. This is simply a lie. I also have video evidence of my road out front and there was never a FedEx truck that passed by. I then called the customer service, got a foreign voiced person who kept blaming me for not being home, even though I explained all that I did above. I called back 7 more times, each time getting a new person with an accent from India, and they will not transfer to a manager. Local FedEx doesn't have a number either, so I can't even complain there. This is a garbage company and this needs to be pointed out.

I've never had good luck with FedEx. I absolutely hate that Walmart uses fedex to ship. They never leave my packages INSIDE my screened in porch. Why does USPS know to leave items inside my porch but fedex can't? Well now they've lost my package after updating that it was delivered at 10:38pm on a Saturday. Even the customer service rep said that was an odd time to deliver a package. Now they're having the driver look for the package, but if he can't find it then it's up to the shipper to decide what to do. They've already told me they can't help me because fedex we're responsible for the delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous.
