Lift gate broke. Offered no discount on shipping, no contacting another carrier to deliver, wouldn’t give manager’s name. Offered to meet somewhere, which is not what we paid for. Now have to wait for lift to be fixed to get shipment.

Tip: go to the FedEx ground terminal and be a pain, have them set your package to be held at the terminal for all shipments. You will get your packages days earlier and you will literally be forcing office staff to deal with you in person every pickup at their office desk. This tip alone will shave off at least 3 "attempt deliveries" The place is set up like a prison to keep customers out and to discourage you from entering but at least you will be face to face with someone instead of a phone bot. I look forward to becoming a usual at the terminal because I will never get stuck in the no delivery cycle again.

I hate FedEx they say that my package is out for delivery but it never comes and now they done it to me again the next day no delivery they are screw heads and scammers and thieves

Terrible experience. This location is been holding my package for over a week. I call Fedex daily and hear the same thing, that shipment is been loaded for delivery next day. Now they are saying no drivers or truck available for delivery. This is been the worse experience I had with Fedex,

Lied about attempting delivery not once or twice but three times and I suspect the same thing will happen tonight too. My package has been on a truck out of terre haute 4 times. 1st time it said I was unavailable or business was closed. My package doesn't need a signature and I'm obviously residential. The 2nd two times it was from a "weather delay" clear skies and sunny both days. I'm beyond upset and when I try to call and complain I get a virtual setup who can't do anything and refuses to send me to a person. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I was told my package would be delivered 11 to 3 p,m. 7 p.m. no package. It shows 2 states away from me and IS NOT even showing out to delivery. Horrible reliability!!!!! I get packages from Japan in 2 days with DHL.

In all the years I've dealt with FedEx my last shipment has been delayed twice. I will start contacting business to see who they use for shipping if it's FedEx I won't buy from that company.

Our package was delivered to a completely different part of the building than where it was supposed to go. The front desk person at that part told the driver where to go, and the driver asked their name. After that, the driver put that person's name on the "signed for" box and didn't leave the package with them. They also just never brought the package to the correct office. Absolutely ridiculous.

Every time that I have a package out for delivery it ends up not being delivered "unable to deliver. Business closed" This is a residence. I am here. They make no attempt! I've called and complained but it doesn't matter. Maybe higher ups need to look at these reviews and clean up the mess.

Lied about attempt delivery said business was closed but it’s a residential address. Then today said it was delayed to weather where we have all roads and grass clear and it’s been sun shining for 3 days.. tried to call FedEx and you get a guy with broken English that can’t and won’t do anything for you. Then to top it off I can’t even go get my package! This company should just close its doors I have an issue with every one of there deliveries to northern vigo county.

There is no way to physically talk to anyone at FedEx about a problem or instructions on delivery. The website keeps circling you around to only a couple of options, none of which is specific or personal to your situation, only a few auto generated options. The phone call to the posted number is exactly the same way, it will not allow you to talk to anyone in person, only a few automated responses and then it hangs up.Absolutely the worst way to operate a business.

Drivers lie about delivery attempts. Took a day off work to receive shipment that requires delivery and signature. Watched driver drive right by and not stop. Terrible customer service. Guess I have to take another day off.
