The driver, Amber, delivers the package in Driveway. Although her travel history says she delivered to front porch. The picture always shows the driveway. I’ve made numerous complaints to FedEx and they don’t seem to care. The front porch is covered and safer but driver doesn’t want to take the time to walk few feet extra to deliver correctly.

UPDATE: I have updated my review. Dealing with the 800 number of FedEx gets negative stars from me. Once I actually go to the local FedEx store, service was excellent. I cannot in good conscience give them a bad rating when the issue was from the 800 number in another country.
There are too many details to post but basically we needed flowers for a wedding on Saturday. They were delivered to the wrong address Thursday. Called FedEx immediately to see if they would re-deliver to the right address. They would not. The person who received the package kept it for almost two weeks and then put it on my front porch. Trying to be honest, i told the shipper I would send back and they wanted to charge me 50 bucks to ship back. I called FedEx to pay for that shipment and no response. The FedEx drop-off is locked down with no way in and all of their customer service people have strong accents and very difficult to understand. I will never again accept a product shipped by FedEx or ship FedEx.

Will send you emails and text with a day and time it will be delivered but it will not be on that day and time ...so they give false promises in writing which is a legal binding contact that they will break ... I for 1 have already contacted my lawyer over it and now 2 days of wages I am out for their false promises ... I suggest you DO NOT EVER use FedEx service . At least UPS keeps their promised day and time they give you

Received excellent service. I young woman assisted with the box size, labeling and taping the box closed for shipping. I recommend FedEx Ship Center for all your packaging and shipping needs!

Absolute WORST service I’ve ever seen. My package has been sitting there for 5 days and has been scanned FOUR TIMES! Each time I call they say something different or that it’ll “be there tomorrow” and it never is. But what I don’t understand is I know people who have had packages come from this facility recently and they got their packages super quick, so why has mine been able to be scanned 4 times but not be out for delivery in the past 5 days? Oh and on top of that, they won’t even allow for it to be picked up from the facility. So there’s literally nothing I can do.

Package was supposed to be delivered was given a time and driver name….. no package. This is day 2 of same thing. Remind you this is a birthday present and my child was so excited. Now he’s beyond upset…. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

FedEx does not operate for the customer. Only for themselves and when they feel like they should deliver the item. I have waited a week and it has been delayed 3xs due to the incapability do read address and gps information I had to cancelled my order. ?

Hands down the worst delivery company to exist. I have constant issues with them always delaying my package after they say an “attempt” was made but yet not a single FedEx truck has shown up. Every time I call customer service I just get told that “it will be delivered tomorrow” and what do you know, delayed. AGAIN. Will make sure that any future online orders I have go through a different company. Will never use FedEx again.

Delivery drivers need to be more careful. Drivers are constantly causing property damage turning around in my yard and driving the truck in areas it shouldn't be. Also leaving packages on other parts of our property instead of the porch of our home.

In and Out pretty smoothly at this place. The only issue that I could foresee is there only tends to be one associate at the desk at most times. So the few times that I've been there and has just been me, I'm in and out in like less than 1 to 2 minutes. But a couple of other times when there's been somebody in front of me in line, it seems to me like that person is always trying to solve The world's problems with FedEx, as in it always seems like I have to wait several minutes for that person to figure out what they got going on. But as long as people are just there to drop packages off, it should be pretty smooth - and it is on almost every occasion. It's just those couple of other times when there's been at least one person in front of me in line that it seems like it just takes a while. Oh and it's pretty small inside, so if there is more than one person in line, it'll be tough to remain at least 6 ft away from that person. So if you are a germaphobe, keep this in mind. There are a couple of other places that accept FedEx packages to be dropped at them in town, but I just don't trust them...especially if there is a proper FedEx receiving facility that's right around the corner. All in all - this is a good place to drop packages. It is relatively smooth, and you're likely only going to encounter at most one to two other people both they're working and in line waiting like yourself.
