I'm have had only 100% service Everytime I have been in there. I would recommend this bank to anyone that's new to the banking world. not only are they all about helping get things straightened out, they make me feel like I belong. Tabitha is wonderful an helps a lot. I'd be lost otherwise

After having 5/3 as my bank for 50 yrs, I closed my account and went entirely to my CU. Several reasons why and to lengthy to explain, but have never regretted closing those accounts!

Inability to lock a debit card. But credit card can be locked through account online. To lock/unlock debit card you have to call customer service. THSB my old bank, debit card could be managed through app. If I had known in advance would not of switched banks.
