I had a different or unusual claim for my car insurance and the lady owner wish I know her name , helped me figured it out what I need to do, she spent 30 minutes out of her busy time to help me . She went an extra mile to help me. Also I always go to their shop whenever I need repair for my vehicle and they do a great job with great customer service 🌟

Sent the vehicle in on an insurance claim, it seems mechanically sound upon return, but the touchscreen on my vehicle has been cracked, and one of my sensors turned back on the day after picking it up. However I got it to turn back off and so far it is staying off. Can't say I am overly impressed after having multiple people reccomend them to me. I guess it is driveable once more though so I will just have to have someone else finish the job and fix what they broke. Still unsure whether certain areas have paint imperfections or if its just dirty, planning to get it in a carhwash sometime soon to better tell.

Received work on my vehicle from a small collision in the winter time. Took my car to this location because they had good reviews. The car took a little bit longer than I expected to get back, but that's mostly normal. I had to fight with them to replace items they claim were not damaged (they were, and I ultimately replaced those parts myself) and they missed an issue with the heating and cooling unit that was caused by the collision I was involved with. Go elsewhere where the shop pays closer attention to detail. Edit: I forgot, they returned the car to me with a nail in the driver side tire. They repaired the tire at no cost to me, but goes back to paying attention to detail, which is concerning.

I had minor collision damage after backing into a pole. Local Toyota dealership recommended. I went and got a quote. Service for quote was fast and friendly. Part was ordered and appointment made. Showed up for repair at 8am. And it was completed so quickly. I don't recommend backing into poles, but should you find yourself in this situation. I highly recommend. Hope to not need their services again. But this place's customer service is top tier. :) Thank you so much for taking care of me and my Highlander. Your service is appreciated.

The front office workers at Honey Creek Collision are so nice and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and were helpful over the phone. My car was repaired three days earlier than they originally estimated, which is great! They communicated with me throughout the repair process as well. There was no problems with the communication between them and my insurance, either. Highly recommend.

Honey Creek Collision did an excellent job on repairing and painting my truck after hitting a deer. Staff are all nice and helpful. I was provided constant updates on the repairs.

Brought in a 23 Accord for a couple of scratches to be fixed, no sheet metal damage. After more than a 1800 dollar estimate, they added an extra 130 dollars for fixing a code in the doors for blind spot sensor. Don't understand why that takes an hour labor, and what is more, the car does not have them like many 23 Accords because of the chip shortage. Tried to explain, but they were not interested. In fact, I was told "I can't believe an Accord would not have those sensors." They know so much more about cars than anyone else, even the owner who knows about cars and specifically their car. My guess is this is a tried and true method to make a little extra profit on each car. While the money itself is the not the end of the world, it is disappointing when people who are dedicated to customer service continue to take advantage of people.

Will never use this shop again or never will any of the many family and friends I have. Just because my husband questioned his bill he was accused of yelling and told to never come back again. NOT A PROBLEM!!!! In addition, there was wet paint on the door jam when he picked it up. There were 2 long scratches on the right side and our car was there over a week!!!!!! THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
