My tax return is a little more complicated than the average. I have never had them done by Jackson Hewitt. The reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is because it hasn't gone thru the whole process with the IRS yet.

The tax preparer wasn't busy and she got my taxes done. She talked to me as if we knew each other. That's what I like in people.
