I didn't even work with this place and they still managed to be unprofessional and inappropriate. I opened a ticket with Samsung for appliance repair which Samsung subsequently closed. Several days later someone from Jeannie's left a voicemail saying they wanted to schedule an appointment for my Samsung appliance. I disregarded it since the ticket was closed. Then the following day I received a voicemail from a man who said he was 30 minutes away from my house and would be checking on the appliance!! I never gave this company my address or permission to show up at my home. I would avoid them at all costs. I've reported this to Samsung in the hopes that they stop working with Jeannie's Appliance Services.

Our GE stacked washer and dryer quit on July 31st and it them forever to get parts they come and said they needed more parts and when I called them they said they were booked through Wednesday and now they are telling me it's going to be another week. It's not all their fault the unit itself has been nothing but trouble. The last time a repairman was here he said if it didn't last he would recommend replacing the unit. I will NEVER have another GE appliance and Jeannie's just keeps giving me the runaround. Been over 2 1/2 months and still not fixed.

I share similar reviews to others. Jeannie’s was hired through a fridge warranty of a brand new, leaking fridge. It has been a 3 month process, all while my fridge is actively leaking on my floor and has already caused damaged to cabinets. I have kept a tarp under the fridge to prevent anymore damage. It took me quite awhile to even get an appointment with Jeannie’s because they said they had ordered a part and were waiting for it to come in, (before seeing the fridge to know what was wrong.) Once this part came in, I did finally get an appointment, it which they examined the fridge to find it was the wrong part. After a month of waiting for that new part, and having to call several times to request an appointment, I finally get one scheduled, to which they no show. Finally after 20+ calls to Whirlpool, Whirlpool is finally just giving me a whole new fridge. I do not recommend.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Frigidaire sent them out to fix my stackable washer and the repair man came out and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, So he told me he would be back………………………. A month later and he never came back? I have called multiple times and they keep saying we will get a hold of you. NO CAll, NO SHOW. This is a business that should be shut down!! I would never recommend them to anyone! The service and the lady answering the phone was so unprofessional and rude.Service: Washing machine repair

We cannot get them to return calls, even though we know our warranty part has arrived. I will gladly change this rate if they would actually come and repair our front load washer.

I had my washing machine and and dishwasher serviced by Jeanies appliance repair they showed up when they said they would and fixed and both appliances are working great. Will call again when needed.

Our warranty company scheduled with Jeannie’s. Jeannie’s phoned me to notify me they would not honor the appointment made by GE. No problem. They would not reschedule. I was told they would call the following week. No call. No problem, I called. Awful service. Rudeness. Still no appointment. Another week. I called them. Awful. Rude. Still no appointment. I emailed GE. They made another appointment with a new warranty repair company. Dryer is fixed in two days and the service was AMAZING. The 4th week Jeannie’s called to schedule. It was already fixed. The women on the phones were extremely unprofessional and unkind. I wish I would have called GE back and sought out a new repair company after the first rude phone call. Lessened learned.

These people dont know what they are doing. I have had my washer repaired by their technicians twice now and it sounds like it was never fixed. I have video proof of their technicians doing the work yesterday and video of what my washer sounds like now. It sounds 10 times worse than it did before they fixed it. This has been an ongoing issue for almost 6 months now!!! DO NOT HAVE THEM SERVICE YOUR APPLIANCES.

I scheduled service through Samsung, and this company was assigned the work order. The tech didn't completely finish the job and the schedulers said they "squeeze me in". They didn't. So I'll have to do the work myself. Unless you're in a bind, go with another company.

Frigidaire sent this company out to repair my washing machine. The receptionists that I spoke with were prompt, and friendly. Although I was given the run around on an exact date, and there was some miscommunication. They did have someone out within a week and he did arrive during the time frame it was scheduled for. Quick service and my washing machine is working again. I would recommend and use this company again. Thank you.Service: Washing machine repair

Fridge under warranty and the ice maker quit working. I went through Samsung and within 1 day Jeannies called to set up a time. Ice maker was replaced that day and is working great.Service: Refrigerator repair

These folks did a great job for my family and I. We had purchased a washer dryer set from Lowes a couple years back, purchased the warranty thankfully! But our washer had started acting terribly, could not wash a single cycle without the barrel slamming around or shaking violently. Lowes warranty contacted Jeannie's, they called me promptly an hour I had contacted lowes, they were very polite, courteous, professional, and had scheduled an appointment to come out ASAP. Unfortunately my wife and I work during the week and neither could take the day off work, however their senior tech Jon said he would be in and out and would lock up when he left, and was a man of his word. Took him 30 minutes and it was like he was never even there. Now it's like my washer is brand new and my wife is so happy about how smooth the whole process went! Thank you Jeannie's!

Awesome job! Can't say enough good about this man and his company Set up appointment. He was on time professional, courtesy very informative. Stayed 1 1/2 hours to make sure everything was taken care of. Will definitely use him for all our appliances and recommend to family, friends and co-workers.Service: Washer/dryer repair
