I’ve had them for barely over 2 weeks. My connection has been terrible, IF I have internet at all. And I paid for 1G fiber optic. And guess what? They only have support during work hours instead of 24 hours. Terrible choice of internet.Update: they reached out to me when their office opened and had technicians to my house within the hour. That is fantastic reaction time and very much appreciated. However, not having 24 hour service access is a very big deal. Hopefully as the company grows, they can address that as well.

I've had noting but great service with Joink Internet. My speed has always been what I pay for. During the install the guys were very nice and clean up after themselves. My yard was cleaned up and they planted grass seed to fix any areas the drill bubbled up.

Employees were very polite during installation. Happy with our internet service and it's a little bit less expensive.

They tore up my yard between my driveway and the alleyway. The person in charge stated that they were going to backfill the hole with dirt, tamp it, and then seed and straw it. Its been backfilled but they haven't added seed or straw. I'm giving them a chance to make things right whether that be compensation for my time and materials to do the job right or for them/Axis to come back out and do their job right. As I'm typing this review a gas line was hit a block away and there are two Joink trucks alongside my house with the workers standing around and chatting by the bed of their trucks. Again I'm giving out a chance to fix this before I file a report with PD and file suit in small claims court.

I will be moving to Indian soon and have had quesitons about joink interenet since I work from home. But I also hate being on the phone. I messaged Joink via FB messenger, and have had excellent customer service. They have been quick and efficient in their responses. If the internet is as good as the customer service is I think I will be happy!

So far its not good the crew installing it crossed the county easement by about 18 ft into my front yard with a boring machine and left a mess and a long piece of orange pipe hanging out. two days after that talked to the person in charge he told me he would get his crew to fix it .. That's 10 days ago. My 74 year old wife talked with a person working on the fiber box he told her if she didn't like it she could cut it off. so you're company Joink is unprofessional and rude!!!!!!!!!

Would make it zero stars if I could. They are liars who only care about making themselves money rather than helping the other person. Their hiring process is also trash they call you about one position and then try to hire you for a completely different one for your in person. Do not recommend and will not be considered EVER.

Not sure who has joink in my neighborhood, but it’s not me or my neighbors. They dug a giant hole in the yard and cut our internet lines (that we have through a different company). We are getting our internet fixed and the worker specifically said that our line was most likely cut and this has been occurring often wherever joink is. Extremely unprofessional. Plus, when I arrived home from work, no workers were out there but there was a giant hole with machinery present (not flagged or blocked off).. this poses a danger to children. There are tons of kids in this area.. what if one fell in this unmarked hole.Joink is currently closed (weird they don’t even have coverage for the weekend) but I plan on calling Tuesday.

Started service in June had high hopes but I have been paying 500 gig which I never have received and lately it has been unusable. Also customer is trouble stay with your current provider.

200 yards away from my house and they stop put fiber. Can't even get them to call me back. The money for the rural internet was to cover rural areas. So I guess I to rural by 200yards.

Absolutely amazing Residential Fiber! I recently switched from Spectrum and it was the best decision ever. Latency is much lower now thanks to fiber. When gaming, latency is usually in the single digits. We pay for 1 Gigabit and we ALWAYS receive 1 Gigabit. If you are thinking about switching to Joink, DO IT.

Konnor did my install, he was excellent! Wore booties throughout the house and cleaned up his mess too. Their integrated modem/wi-fi works better than the 3 node mesh system I had! 300M Down & 300M Up! Full Duplex Fiber baby!

Service is unreliable for internet at the Sycamore Place apartments. Paid extra for higher data speeds; would advise against it. Still working on getting service cancelled after previously been led to believe it was taken care of two months ago. Likely will have to resolve the matter in-person since over the phone doesn't offer any guarantees. Not to mention their website and online payment routes are antiquated and frustrating.
