FAST, EASY, STAFF MEMBER THAT PUT THE NEEDLE IN MY ARM WAS VERY NICE, I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL IT. PLACE WAS CLEAN AND I GOT IN FAST. IM NOT SURE ABOUT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I HAD A VERY POSITIVE.

Poor customer service and hours for dealing with the public. Don’t answer the phone or have enough staff to adequately meet needs. I know they aren’t local decisions. Feel sorry for the local staff.

I asked my DR office to send my lab request to Labcorp because I hate doing business with UNION HOSPITAL. I have made 2 attempts to verify the lab req are there. No one answers, no one calls back. I have no choice but to go to UNION and I hate that place! LABCORP has gone to heck. They used to be the best,

Terrible Experience - I left without getting any test done. There was nobody on reception desk. Even though there were multiple employees but nobody bothered to show up behind the counter. Doctor's office sent a fax, there was Communication error, we were waiting for an email from Doc's Office. Even though I received it within few minutes, we waited there for 45+ minutes without any response. My total visit was for 1 Hour and 10 minutes.

I understand you’re only open until noon on Saturday but you really should have more than one employee working. She was fine and did everything correctly but she was clearly overwhelmed and frustrated.

Wasn’t told what it would cost to run a test to make sure I didn’t have the same genetic issue my pregnant fiancé. If we both had it the baby would have had major issues. I get the bill in the mail and it’s $2,500. After speaking to a representative they assured me I could pay a less amount. Didn’t receive an update on the new bill. Now they have moved it to collections to ruin my credit. Don’t trust this company.

Not that I can call any blood draw 'pleasant', but the tech at this location (I believe her name was Shaunesa) was excellent. Very skilled at placing the needle and the draw was pretty quick even though I had three vials to fill.

Props to people who do their jobs right, and these people definitely do just that. The lady who drew my blood was the most proficient phlebotomist I have ever dealt with. I'm normally very squeamish when it comes to needles but she had my blood drawn so quickly I didn't even have time to be scared. Anyone who needs labs done would be smart to come here.

The kiosk that they have to check in that scans your ID and insurance card is amazing. Super quick, do not need to interact with anyone or wait in line. The receptionist was super nice. The phlebotomist was phenomenal! I was so worried since this was my first blood draw ever and she was incredibly quick. I did not even feel the needle. She kept a conversation to keep me at ease and seemed very genuine. I am so glad I doctor in the POB because this will be the lab I use moving forward. If I could leave 6 stars, I would!

I have visited this lab several times and each time the technician is late or in a very unhappy mood. I have tremendous empathy for people who are unhappy in their jobs. How this lab is professional run is disrespectful to the community I that it is inconsiderate of people's time
