Previous management was rude and just trying to charge as many fees as possible. New management called and actually cared and asked questions. Matt just made my day better just from being kind. I’m sure this company will grow bigger and stronger with him on board! I was looking into moving storage facilities next month, now I don’t have to. Thanks for seeing the problem and fixing it VSS.

The manager there Austin I was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed and assured me that my things would be safe there And just a really nice guy.

I was assigned two separate storage units and both had issues with the slide locks being stuck and not wanting to come unlocked.

Great place overall. Rent is fair and the building is maintained at room temperature (was around 75 F when I went in). All the storage units are indoors and only accessible through a locked door. Carts are available for moving items and the inside is very well lit.There are cameras, but the area outside the facility is slightly sketchy. Lock your car and close the door into the facility while you're moving stuff around, especially at night.

Very affordable, and excellent customer service. I ended up needing two units to store all of my stuff, and Stacy was very helpful in answering questions and making sure I got the service I needed. Great storage facility!

It was the easiest experience I have ever had renting a temperature controlled storage unit. The guys on site were great and explained everything. I highly recommend them. The prices were comparable with others in the area. Very well maintained and clean. They had carts to use when we got there.

Drove two hours with a truck full of stuff, after paying for storage and my pin doesn't even work to unlock the door. Called for assistance but received no response. Now, I have no place to leave my belongings. Edit - after reading my review an associate was able to remotely update my account to allow me access. Thanks for the help!

they say protect your stuff protect your wallet well idk what they mean by wallet cause im paying almost 80 bucks for a 5x10 it said it would be about half that on the web site and they say its climate control but its 10x hotter in there than it is outside at the moment
