I walked through half the store, searching for a specific item I had seen advertised, before an employee finally asked me if he could assist me. I was tired and it was a wasted trip to Lowe's. All I can say is, "Thank you anyway, 'Jorge with a J '."

We stood in the refrigerator area for half an hour and no one helped us. Not even a hello how are you can I help you? The man kept looking at us and went to a different customer. All I wanted was to buy a refrigerator and stove. So I will go online and do so. Also there were a few employees just standing around in the bath and sink areas that could have simply asked if we needed any help. This was at 8:00 pm. Also reading through reviews it seems you might want to get to changing how things are ran at this store.

This place makes you act like you are begging to spend 10K. They have 1 person that deals with counter tops and they couldn't care less if they are out to lunch or on a break. What a freaking joke. Just go somewhere else, it isn't worth it.

Tried to return an orbital sander I bought off of their website. I set up return to the Terrible Haute store. When I got there they said there was a problem returning the sander and they could only give me a gift card. I've had to return the sander via FedEx at Dollar General. Ridiculous.

There are no associates to help. You need to go around to find one. Plenty of products.

Terrible customer service. I'd give zero stars if that were an option. Between the messed up special orders, damaged product, and incapable associates, I'm not sure which is worse. I called the customer service desk to check on an order and was placed on hold. It's been 28 minutes and I'm still on hold. At this point, I'm just curious how long they plan to leave me here... Do yourself a BIG favor and go to Menards. Their customer service is excellent, you will get 11% cash back, and you won't be mad.

The usual lack of service and cashiers. I just wanted a 10 ft length of chain. How hard should that be? A store person cut the chain, wrote out the item number, the item, and his name.
I took it to self-service as there are no longer any cashiers. I stood there waiting for the young girl to get through helping other so called self-service. I showed her the chain and the slip of paper. She put in the item number, nothing came up. She tried several times with no luck. She tried to call the name on the slip, no answer. I gave up, left the chain and walked out.

The cashier lady wanted to argue with me what about my purchase and there was clearly Mark sign saying what it was she even argued with her manager just rude it was like she didn't like that I had a discounted price on the tool that I had picked out it was like it was too steep of a promotion she argued with several people until finally I think it was the district manager came over and said yes that is the promotional price just hard-headed and bullheaded for no reason all because I was getting a deal I simply just don't understand people like this

Had the absolute worst experience. Went in for a dryer and told the salesman I needed a dryer. He never came over to help just stood there playing on his phone. So we looked then went and had to find him to ask questions about one. The guy was extremely rude telling us they don't have anything in stock. So if we wanted to take one home he could have it delivered to the store by tomorrow. Told him I needed it today and I just go somewhere else. He told me no matter where we went we would not get one to take home today. So we left went to Menards and asked that salesman the same question. Needless to say Menards had dryers in stock and we took it home same day. I honestly just wanted to go back to Lowes and show that rude salesman that we can get one same day but I didn't.
