Menards is a great place to work and purchase from. The store has everything, including home improvement items of all types, seasonal items, laundry and cleaning supplies, paper products, food items, and just about anything you need. The facility is good and full of construction materials. It has clean restrooms, offices, and a patio. The location is not too trafficked, with plenty of space for turning and backing up, and offers easy unloading with fast documents. The workers and all other staff are wonderful. Employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite, providing excellent customer service. The security gentleman was respectful, professional, and super kind. Customers report never having poor service. They recommend sending in your rebates and asking about the owner O. program in the office, as it sounds good. A visit can be a delightful experience, with cool seasonal items like Christmas trees and surprising discoveries throughout the store.
