Took My car to get my car fixed the front end they fixed it it had to go back to get fixed again it was still not working right so I took it back they whated more money to fix it that they got paid for so my car still not working right

Scammers. I went in there with a slight brake fluid leak I asked them to find it for me 10 minutes later I see a guy beating my back left drum break with a hammer claiming he's loosening it up anyway once I get on the road I hear a horrible grinding sound coming from the back left tire I call them and they give me another bill of $600

This Midas risked my family’s safety and has been nothing short of unprofessional through the entire process. A week before vacation we took our car in and told them to do whatever they needed to do to make it road ready as we were driving to Orlando, Florida. Over halfway into our drive the car began shaking. Feeling unsafe, we took the car into a Midas in Orlando. They spent hours trying to communicate with this Midas and when the shop at Orlando Midas asked for the inspection sheet, this Midas told me “they shred their inspection sheets every Monday so that’s not possible.” All to find out they only replaced the inner Tie Rods (even though they rang it up as outer on our receipt which led to more confusion) and not the outer even though they could see those were shredded. My husband had thought they replaced both tire rods ends so this came at a shock. We would have gotten all of it done if we had known and Orlando Midas said they knew how bad they were and should have never sent a vehicle out on the road like that. We trusted Midas to do what was best but unfortunately we were wrong as there is a clear lack of responsibility and care given. We spent nearly $500 to do the work including another alignment a week apart from the first one and on top of the fact that we wasted almost 7 hours and a whole vacation day on something that should have been fixed in the first place. That day the Orlando Midas tried to communicate with them to get them to cover the alignment and labor but the guy they spoke to said he was new so he didn’t know how and told us to get it taken care of when we returned home.Upon coming into town, we went in as instructed. The guy at the counter looked over everything and said they would get it fixed and that they have a “corporate slush fund” for these things. He said he would have to talk to the owner and told us they would call us on the following Monday, but glad we made it home okay. We never received a call the whole week so we called them to which they then said they would give us 3 free oil changes even though they originally told us they would cover the alignment and the labor. My husband spoke with the owner and the owner not only started blaming the Orlando Midas, but saying there’s no way his guys let the car out of the shop like that even though there is proof.I understand mistakes happen and this one star review isn’t because the mistake happened, it’s because of how it was handled after the fact. We were casted to the side and told it would get taken care of over and over again. Overall, we were just given responses full of empty remorse as they not only put us in a dangerous situation but failed to take any responsibility for doing so. We trusted this Midas to do the work and make our vehicle safe and they failed.

Had my ac compressor seize while driving. Pulled up, they had my car in and out with a clever workaround in just over an hour. Was short of funds, and pawned what I could to make up for it. Upon hearing, Nate at the front found a few discounts that really helped (and one of the shop guys tossed in $5 to help) and made it so I could afford it. I will definitely be coming back to have any other services I need done. These folks are Grade A+ in my book. Absolutely stellar human beings.

it started out with oil changes then decided use them for some repairs had cad converter replace 5 miles down the road noticed a bolt not thread secured took it back was advised it was cross threaded fine I said to myself no problem we all make mistakes disregarded the damage done forcing the bolt in this was my first clue I should have not had anymore work done with them. They advised me I had an oil leak at the valve cover but I wasn’t noticing any missing oil between changes asked me to fix I said yes three years ago been sitting up on back injury haven’t been driving to much I noticed that the oil was changing dark much faster than normal advised them of this during oil changes said it was normal I advised not the norm for this well maintained vehicle engine wise. I advised brian muck latter that I was loosing two quarts of oil between oil changes he got on google and advised me this was normal for the age. Then I started to loose oil but no signs of oil leaks anywhere I said to myself what has changed scince the events started and that was the valve gasket repair replaced by me at 25000 miles I was loosing two quarts of oil with no sign of leak about burn up my engine I replace the valve cover and valve cover gasket myself oil is now back to normal no more oil leaks I advised brian that there were loose bolts on cover as well and to check behind his men there work to use torque wrenchs OEM his response was a defensive posture and insisted he does not have to check behind his ASC certified tech even with loose bolts 5 miles down the road in summary I would not even let them change my oil and I still have other work now to redo everything they done to the vehicle next project is brakes. Vehicle is now restored my power, no leaks, nice and golden brown not black at 1500 miles not sure if any engine damage from their negligence. My vehicle is high milage be careful here watch them closely. im not blaming midas for the valve cover but if you tear into someones engine that has never been torn into and there are new symptoms after work is completed more diagnosing checking for errors in installation or other unidendified problems needs to happen other inexpensive repairs may be needed to avoid more expensive repairs whats worse doing the job incorrectly or not doing it at all. the thing didnt cut itself this was found exactly how it was installed..

Brian was incredibly helpful, reliable and generous with his time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to solve our problem quickly.

Beautiful people at this location!! I’m traveling across country and was on my way back home when my car started to make noise. This location looked at my car right away, without an appointment! They fixed the noise and didn’t even charge me for the labor they said they would!! I am forever grateful for this location! Great customer service! My family are on a cross country road trip and our Sprinter van’s check engine light came on, with no Mercedes service anywhere near we called their shop and they got us in immediately. They helped us diagnose that it was only an emissions sensor that was reading the problem and nothing major. The guys there were great, I wish they were in our hometown, I would be sending all our car services to them.
