“I called on Saturday for moving assistance. I received all the information and what to expect from the initial call. Today, I received a call and text message from the crew. They advised they were a little ahead of schedule and asked if they could arrive early. When Sappington and Sons arrived, I was greeted by 3 gentleman. We ran through the plan and got right to work. If it were not for Sappington and Sons, my family and I would not have been able to get this done. The crew was professional. Before moving anything, they verified what was and wasn't ready. We are very appreciative of the hard work and help given.”
“Was overall happy with the service, the crew had everything we asked them to move out of our old house and into the new one in under 2 hours. I was most concerned about getting my piano moved out of the old house as there was some tight corners to navigate. One of the decorative legs broke off in the process, but the crew did what they had to do to get it moved out when they could have easily refused moving it. So I appreciate the extra effort they put into moving my piano, as I know it was a very tough item to move!”
