Very happy to bring my cars to Neal Tire in Terre Haute. They are the best! Their service is outstanding. Most of all they are honest because they will tell if the service or repairs really need to be done or not, they care about the vehicle and give a awesome customer service. I had an excellent experience at Neal Tire & Auto Service (301 S 4th St, Terre Haute, IN 47807). They removed a nail from the tire I purchased for my mom at no cost, which saved me from a massive headache, stress, and unexpected financial burden. They also went above and beyond by performing a complimentary full-service check and even checking for any engine or transmission codes that might become an issue later.
The staff here truly provides some of Indiana’s best customer service. They are friendly, professional, and caring. I will definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend Neal Tire & Auto Service to anyone needing trustworthy and reliable auto care.

I had such a good experience getting my alignment done here that, when I needed new tires, I wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Quality work, done quickly and at a fair price. Exceptional customer service, too—all work done was explained to me clearly and in detail, and they never tried to upsell me. Will come again!

We had a flat while traveling through Terre Haute. While Neal’s was not able to fix the flat, due to puncture location, and they could not find a replacement locally, due to odd size, they were super helpful. They tried to find a replacement through several other suppliers and dealers. Finally had to contact the car dealer in Indianapolis, and they had the tire. Neal’s put on our “donut” spare and got us on our way with no charge.
