“This review is based on my brief interaction with the attendant. Overall a seamless experience. Most importantly though, I dropped off the truck at their location on a one way move from upstate, and left my cellphone on the dashboard. Their customer service after hours department made sure to coordinate with them and I was able to retrieve my lost phone from them as soon as they reopened the shop in the morning. Honesty and integrity deserve recognition and at least a 5 star rating.”

“The Truck was parked backed up against a hillside and the ground was very soft. It was difficult for me to move around the vehicle to inspect the inside of the truck. The only way I can see to improve would have been for the truck to have been pulled around for me to inspect beforehand. However, the only other employee was busy assisting another older gentleman unhook a trailer so I understood.”
