Have loved living here the past 3 years. Management is very helpful and super responsive to any concerns. Maintenance is also wonderful and will help resolve any issues very quickly! Would definitely recommend living here.

Absolutely Amazing, There is no better way to describe this place. From the caring staff to the location. Its close to ISU Campus which was a huge plus the residences aren't to load and the maintenance couldn't be better.

Maintenance came the day after the request was sent in and fixed 3 things. Very pleased with the quality of their service and their friendliness! Left a progress note to let us know if they needed to come back or if it was completed.
