“Great service but the whole website things confusing says access 24/7 but closes at 5 so confusing there's not even a way to access your unit on the site that's well marked or apparent so I can't do anything I guess until the gate is open and the websites useless otherwise so far so good”
“I called on Saturday for moving assistance. I received all the information and what to expect from the initial call. Today, I received a call and text message from the crew. They advised they were a little ahead of schedule and asked if they could arrive early. When Sappington and Sons arrived, I was greeted by 3 gentleman. We ran through the plan and got right to work. If it were not for Sappington and Sons, my family and I would not have been able to get this done. The crew was professional. Before moving anything, they verified what was and wasn't ready. We are very appreciative of the hard work and help given.”

“The Truck was parked backed up against a hillside and the ground was very soft. It was difficult for me to move around the vehicle to inspect the inside of the truck. The only way I can see to improve would have been for the truck to have been pulled around for me to inspect beforehand. However, the only other employee was busy assisting another older gentleman unhook a trailer so I understood.”
