“My husband and I had the movers help us move out of a 3 bedroom house in June. They did an excellent job! I voiced concerns for how I wanted a few items moved and they all did an amazing job and also listened to me and provided feedback. There were 3 men I believe who helped me pack my own moving truck. Thank you to all of you! It was a huge contrast in cost and quality compared to the company who helped me unpack the truck (the other company was way more expensive and did an awful job). I highly recommend this company and the movers who helped me, but I don't remember their names!”

“Great service but the whole website things confusing says access 24/7 but closes at 5 so confusing there's not even a way to access your unit on the site that's well marked or apparent so I can't do anything I guess until the gate is open and the websites useless otherwise so far so good”

“This review is based on my brief interaction with the attendant. Overall a seamless experience. Most importantly though, I dropped off the truck at their location on a one way move from upstate, and left my cellphone on the dashboard. Their customer service after hours department made sure to coordinate with them and I was able to retrieve my lost phone from them as soon as they reopened the shop in the morning. Honesty and integrity deserve recognition and at least a 5 star rating.”

“Very friendly and fast service. Able to get the U-Haul within hours of reservation. Quick to get us the vehicle and had it ready. The 15’ truck with the EZ load ramp made moving a breeze with the appliance dolly added. I paid way less than quoted online, ran into an issue moving and got to keep the vehicle longer with no additional charges. These people know how to do customer service. Very satisfied will be returning!!”

“Love having red dot as my storage facility. Never had any problems ! If I was going to behind on my payment they worked with me. And anytime I had problems accessing the facility or my unit Jim the site supervisor I assume was always willing to drive to the unit to fix the problem if customer service couldn’t fix it manually over the phone ! 10/10 for sure an would recommend to anyone !”
