“Great service but the whole website things confusing says access 24/7 but closes at 5 so confusing there's not even a way to access your unit on the site that's well marked or apparent so I can't do anything I guess until the gate is open and the websites useless otherwise so far so good”

“Very clean and well kept. There is 2 sections here one has units and one for bigger items such as trailers, campers, boats, etc. Both sections have security gates. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful. Reasonable priced.”

“Reserved a truck through Budget weeks in advance, confirmed the reservation the morning of, drove an hour and a half to pick it up… only to be told there were no trucks available. No call, no warning, nothing.
Same day, we went to U‑Haul and had a completely different experience. They had the 26‑ft truck and trailer we needed ready to go, no hassle, and at a much better price. Smooth pickup, no surprises, and excellent service.
Highly recommend U‑Haul over Budget—especially if you actually want the truck you reserved.”
“I have had my storage unit for 2 years now and I have NOT had a single problem. The staff has always been extremely helpful. Especially the leasing manager I spoke to on Thursday afternoon (throwimg her a shout out) she was extremely helpful, patient, and answered all my questions. I was concerned because of the area but they are on top of the security. So if you want a reasonable safe and a kind property manager this is the place to go.”
