For one they aren't open 24 hours. I go to work and drive past it everyday at 5am and sometimes even 7am and they still aren't opened. And oo got gas here and my car had to go i to the shop for bad fuel. I spent over $500 tp drian the fuel after I just filled it up. This gas station has went down hill so fast. I never stop in it anymore.

Went in got like 6 rollers. Go to leave, before I get to the door my roller bag broke,food on floor. No replacement offered, just here's a trash cab. SUPER sad

I actually never went into the store, but I just hung up the phone after camping to check prices for a propane exchange and the guy answered the phone with.. "hello!" ... Very different and I had to ask if I even called the right place and he was short just wanted to hang the phone up as soon as he answered it. I'm store service is very likely the same. Just sharing what I experienced and it could use some new employees that don't hate their job maybe!

Spent $50 getting gas there rather than other places because it looked less creepy from the outside and I needed to use the bathroom. Got finished, locked my doors, walked up to the building to see "NO BATHROOMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!" in various statements, multiple signs. WTAF? So where do THEY pee?...In a cup behind the counter? Are they just too lazy to clean the restroom? I would think if I am spending that much I should be able to pee there. I had to go down to the McDonalds and buy something there to use the (very clean) restroom, delaying my trip even longer. I am in Terre Haute regularly and they just lost a customer.

Stopped to get fuel. Noticed the total was higher than expected. The price advertised on their sign is considerably lower than what they are charging at the pump. I tried to print a receipt but the receipt machine did not print. I went and asked and they said they would not refund the difference. That the price on the pump was the correct price. False advertising. Buyer beware.

The cashier working on 05/28/2024 around 8:10 pm was extremely rude. Playing on her phone when I pre paid for fuel. I came back in because she put the prepaid amount on gas instead of diesel. Was extremely rude and had an attitude because I had to ask her to switch it.

It’s been a repetitive incident with them being closed for HOURS after 12am. “Closed Due to Cleaning”. Pushing 4am, and you just mopping the floor… You do not have to lock your doors for “SPOT MOPPING”. SIMPLE WET FLOOR SIGN AND YOU FIX A “LAWSUIT” issue… ?
