Style Encore in Terre Haute is a very clean and neatly organized store for both women and men, with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very nice, welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The store is neatly organized with items displayed by category and size, including purses, wallets, rows of shoes and boots, jackets, dresses, jeans, and more. There is lots to see and a lot of selection, with gently used items in great condition and very reasonable, affordable prices. Customers report finding good deals and appreciate that the store now carries men’s clothing. Experiences for sellers are mixed. Some note the staff is very nice and the process can be convenient. However, others report that the store does not offer much for clothes sellers wish to sell, with brand new, in-style items sometimes being rejected or lowballed. Wait times for selling can be longer than stated. While some sellers may not try to sell there again, many customers enjoy shopping and report they will go back to browse or shop due to the good treatment and affordable finds.
Extremely organized with some great deals on clothes.

The staff are very rude, unprofessional, and take a lot of time talking to each other rather than helping customers check out. They also do not go through half the things people drop off, don't waste your time.
