Older blonde lady working the register was horribly rude. For a corporate company with a competitor directly across the street, y’all need to work on customer service desperately.Edit after company response:Thank you for taking almost a month to share the same generic response you have given to all of your lower-rated reviews. It's clear that you do not care about the poor attitudes of your employees and the substandard treatment of your customers- I will not be returning and I urge everyone else to not either.

This gas station ruined my whole weekend. I got gas on a Thursday morning. I cancelled the first transaction and they took $128 hold on my card! If that's not bad enough the transaction still hasn't cleared on MONDAY afternoon leaving me short on cash for almost a week now. I will now avoid this chain like the plague.

u can tell lil shorty with da bright red hair and glasses really do be enjoying her job I came in just a lil bit ago and lil thang thang was just smilen ear to ear she was kool af 4 real 4 real Ill be sure to come back lil shorty brightened up my day on god!!

I come in to the store everyday and some of them workers are just so rude for no reason! It will be 8am and they will be rude or seem annoyed that I'm even there! They will slam your stuff down if you ask for a bag they will huff then when you give them your money they will slam and I do mean slam the register closed! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because there is a younger girl who works there she has glasses and she had black hair but it is blonde now she is just a ray of sun shine she always says good morning she is so nice she is NEVER in a bad mood and when she done ringing you up she always says have a wonderful morning! She is so awesome! If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't come back I always go straight to her! She seems like she really cares about the customers!

It's A Nice Gas Station To Visit When Filling Up The Tank While Traveling.Don't Trust The Elderly Staff They Have A Bad Habit Of Over Charging Customer'sFor Road Trip Snack's.Especially An Older Guy Whò Alway's Seem's To Flirt With Me In A Inappropriate Way When Visiting Here Recently During Road Trip's Whenever I Pass Through T.H.Indiana.I Think He Can't Get A Chick His Own Age&Like's Us Young Gal's.I'll Definitely Avoid This Place Because Of This Guy.Hopefully He'll Get Fired If He Doesn't Stop Bothering Young Gal's Like Me.You Dirty Old Man! ??

The older gentleman cashier has a poor attitude. There’s 2 lines. I was clearly next in the 2nd line. He clearly made another person (different skin color than me) go in front of me as i was walking up to the counter. I ended up going to the other line and waiting behind others because i rather not deal with someone like that. It’s 2022. Everett or brett. Thats what the name tag said. Other than that, i love this gas station.

Months of pumps not reading my cards (plural, I’ve tried three all different brands and used the same card inside that I tried outside) and making me go inside instead of paying at the pumps have left me frustrated and going somewhere else.
