“Was nervous to take my car to anyone as I always had a car guy in my life. But now as a single mom I had to take it somewhere. They were very transparent in what they were going to do and didn't to try to take advantage of my ignorance. Let me know about an upcoming deal for a service ill need in the future and assured me I could wait until then as it'll be a pricier service for me. Of course they know none of my struggles as a single mom so I was extremely thankful and appreciative of how they handled my vehicle and me as a customer. Ill be bringing my vehicle in for service any time its needed here because I feel I can trust them.
Aside from the personal convictions, I drive a 2010 mini cooper. They seem very knowledgeable about how to handle this particular finicky car. All the employees i interacted with were extremely nice as well and the business itself was very clean and well set up. Even the shop area itself was very clean as we're the mechanics working. Thank you guys so much!”

“We rented a U-Haul from this location to take the 2nd load of my belongings to Mobile, AL. I would've given them a 5 star rating, but have them a 4 star because even though I don't believe it was their fault, we've been stranded in Clarksville, TN for >24 hrs at this point due to driver's side front wheel bearing going out on the truck during our trip. The truck and trip itself have been a nightmare, but like I said, I don't believe it was a problem with this establishment, but couldn't see giving them a 5 star rating under the circumstances.”

“Did a good job on my alignment, however I know it's part of the job. But I don't like people trying to up sell me on parts I just replaced. But they were friendly and got my vehicle done before the actual appointment time. Which is impressive because the lobby was full.”
“Wow, these guys are absolutely incredible! They truly felt like a Godsend. I walked in needing three tires, but I had a stubborn lug nut that was stripped. Not only did they expertly remove that tricky lug nut, but they also replaced two studs and installed the brand new brake pads I had ready for the wheel. I was on a tight budget, but they were so generous—they didn’t charge me for getting that pesky lug nut off! They even let me settle the labor for the brake pad installation the next day. I can't recommend them enough!”
